DELIVERY POLICY

• Japan Health & Beauty has door-to-door delivery service nationwide (except for some remote areas, high mountains, islands), applicable to customers who buy goods on website, fanpage and phone, not applicable to customers who buy directly at stores and showrooms.
• Orders will be processed during office hours from 8h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• The order processing time will be calculated from the time of receipt of your order.
• The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through an intermediary shipping company.

DELIVERY TIME

Ho Chi Minh City: 1-2 days for the inner city, 2-3 days for the suburbs. Other provinces 2-5 days for central areas, cities. 3-7 days for suburban areas, districts, communes…
Please note, during public holidays, delivery times may be slower than expected. Japan Health & Beauty would like to ask for your understanding for this inconvenience.

• The delivery time can be changed if requested by the customer and Japan Health & Beauty actively changes it in case of being affected by natural disasters or other special events.
• Your order will be delivered up to 3 times. In case the first delivery is not successful, the delivery staff will contact you to reschedule the delivery. In case there is still no contact or no response from you, the order will no longer be valid.
• To check information or order status of customers, please call Hotline, provide name, phone number to be checked.
• The order is delivered to you, please confirm with the delivery staff and check the quantity and type of goods delivered. Please keep the shipping receipt and purchase invoice for comparison and inspection.

DELIVERY CHARGES

• Free delivery: For orders from 500,000 VND and payment by bank transfer
• Delivery charges:

– Ho Chi Minh City: 30,000 VND (within 1 day)
– Other provinces: 35,000 VND (from 3-5 working days)
